Policies


Shipping

- Safety is our #1 priority, we will take a little extra time to make sure packages are safe. The total time it can take for your package to go out is 10-12 business days. Once shipped all shipping is expedited, packages still can be delayed due to the pandemic. All shipping on domestic orders over $100 is free. We do ship internationally at additional costs depending on location.

Refunds

- All sales are final, unless a mistake on our end. (We inspect all items before shipping them out)

Cancels & Order Modifications

- If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you have 24 hours to do so. After that, your order is being processed. If you need to make a change, you have 24 hours to do so as well.

Exchanges

- NO exchanges unless we made a mistake on our end.

If there is a problem with your order you must contact me within 24-48 hours after receiving it.

Make sure your email and/or phone number is valid so we can reach you if there are any problems with your order.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If it marked delivered but you have not received it.. please contact whatever shipping carrier was used with tracking.
